There are two mailing list regarding the Nutshell project:

• Announcements (low traffic, read-only)
  This is a general mailing list on which annoucements will be posted regarding the Nutshell project. This list is read-only, which means that only the Nutshell developers are able to post mailings on it. However, everybody can subscribe to this list. It is a low traffic list (1-5 e-mails per month at most).
  If you subscribe to nutshell-users (see below), you don't have to subscribe to this list, because all announcements are also posted on that list.

    Send an e-mail to listserv@psy.uva.nl with the following text in the Body of the e-mail (the Subject may be empty):

• User discussions (unmoderated)
  This mailing list is meant as a discussion forum for Nutshell users to enable them to ask questions, help each other with useful tips and to provide the developers with ideas on how to improve Nutshell to the needs of the users. This list is not moderated, everybody can subscribe and post.
  You don't have to subscribe to nutshell-announce (see above) if you are subscribed to this list, because all announcements are also posted on this list.
  Before you can post on this list, you need to subscribe first!
